3 Deposits & Withdrawals
Zbeen supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, and bank transfer. All financial transactions are processed securely using encryption.
- The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 and the maximum is ৳2,00,000 per day.
- Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 minutes and no later than 24 hours.

- Odds may change at any time — the odds at the moment of bet confirmation are final.
- In the event of a dispute over results caused by a technical error, zbeen's decision is final.
- Any bet suspected of match-fixing or manipulation will be voided.
- Accounts found exploiting system errors to place irregular bets will be suspended.

5 Bonuses & Promotions
Zbeen offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with its own terms, which are clearly stated at the time of the offer.
- The welcome bonus is available to new members only and can only be claimed once.
- Specific rollover requirements must be met before withdrawing bonus funds.
- There is a set time limit to complete the rollover — once it expires, the bonus is forfeited.
- A second bonus cannot be activated while another is still in progress.
- Bonus funds must be used to place bets in designated betting categories — not all categories may qualify.
- If bonus abuse is found, the bonus and any associated winnings will be voided.

6 Prohibited Activities

- Operating an account using another person's information.
- Participating in any form of match-fixing or betting manipulation.
- Placing bets using automated bots or scripts.
- Transacting with illegal funds or engaging in money laundering.
- Disrespectful or threatening behavior toward zbeen staff.
Consequence: Involvement in any of the prohibited activities listed above will result in permanent account closure and possible forfeiture of all balances.
7 Account Closure or Suspension
Zbeen reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account for any reason. Such decisions are always made on reasonable grounds.
- If a breach of terms is confirmed, the account may be closed immediately.
- Large withdrawals will be held until KYC verification is complete.
- Users may also request account closure at any time.
